This outdoor waterproof 3 minute timer is ideal for the golfer to tie on to their golf bag or keep in their pocket. It is supplied with a matching 15cm hooped string.
Even before the R& A changed the search time from 5 minutes to 3 minutes, to look for your golf ball, golfers historically have looked far longer than the rules allow. It was also seen as a faux pas to even suggest to your playing partner that the time was up. This not only created a bad feeling between playing partners but also created long rounds of golf with frustrated golfers waiting on the tee.
Having the 3 minute timer on your bag allows the player, but also the marker, to flick it on without any dispute about the time taken to find a ball which also speeds up play.
These timers cost only £5.99 plus £1.80 postage. We are also able to supply them in bulk for Golf Clubs or Corporate supply. Hit the start button and it will count down . Hit it again and it pauses. Hold it down and it returns to 3 minutes.
